Our Wedding Reception

The last round of the day before I can finally crash on my bed and sleep like there is no tomorrow!

The wedding reception started a bit late than planned due to most of the guest late arrival.

I put on my gown around 6.50pm - doing last minute touch up.
I was a bit worried most of the time, thinking negatively wat will happened when I enter the ballroom.. will I fall? step on my gown? fell over?? eee.. scary..

I keep on asking my photographer and the person in charge, "when can I enter the ballroom", I'm freezing (scared + worried + nervous).. I had never been so nervous in my entire life nehh!! duno why all of the sudden the nervous just hits me..

It was already 7pm++ and we're still waiting.

Most of the guests just arrived and we still need to get them in the hall before we can go in.. aduii.. delay delay.. and I was so damn worried about the seating arrangement! luckily my bridesmaid managed to help out.. thank u so much ladies..

After 7.20pm, we decided we cannot wait any much longer, have to enter the hall liao.. stopped the "angpow" collecting and ON the music - Ave Maria by Beyonce Knowles.

There I was, walking down the long hall.. slowly.. holding my hubby hand.. freezing cause Im still nervous..

But once I enter the ballroom, everything seems to work itself out. With the nervous gone, I feel more relief and I had a feeling it was going to be a wonderful evening ;o)

The food presentation starts around 7.30pm which I'm sure most of the guests are whining liao.. but then, heard comments saying the food wasn't that good that night - oh well, guess u can't expect everything to be perfect lorr, we want to have our wedding in a ballroom and in return we had to accept the fact that the food won't taste as much as good as having ur wedding in a restaurant ;o(

Well, just considered we pay for its environment lorr.. cause Pavilion Ballroom is the only ballroom in Miri whereby u can get the beach-view once u step out of the ballroom ;o) Anyway, altho there are a few decoration issues but then, I was just too tired to complain liao, just glad it's all over..

Cake cutting + Champagne Fountain ceremony

Leon had trouble opening the champagne.. it took him more than 8 shake to get it opened! even me also had to helped out nehh.. apa macam bride also need to open champagne.. told him to get more practise at home liao, don listen la ;oP only managed to open the champagne after like.. mmm.. 5mins or more? LOL!

Nuptial Glass..

Den the Emcee called up both side of the parents to come up to the stage for the famous "YamSeng" ceremony.. I know my friend CCH has been waiting whole night for this liao.. hahaha.. Thanks to him, we don't have to fake our smile cause just looking at him nia when he shouted YAMMM SENNNGGG almost make me burst out in laughter!!

After the "YamSeng" session, the bride and groom can finally walk around the ballroom to greet the guests.. FINALLY!! my butt was getting a bit sore sitting at the VIP seat liao ;oP

But of course, having to go from table to table wasn't easy lorr.. u need to make sure u are well prepared to DRINK! and when I said "drink" it means alcohol.. I pour chinese tea into my glass first (just in case) and try to go to as much table as I could.

But when I got to CCH table.. mati.. I knew I'll be dead liao and I was right!

Upon reaching the table nia, one big glass of Red Wine + Beer (mixed) was waiting for me liao *gulp* Thank God my mom & dad raised me n my bro to be a good drinker.. uiii sehhh!!! LOL!!

Den of course, my primary schoolmates.. it was great to see most of them that night, altho we didn't managed to talk much but at least they are there for me during my big day! Johnny was definitely one lucky fellow lorr.. high chin that night.. duno if it's because of HOT IngHui or is it someone else nehh.. LOL!!

She is so cute and lucky to have his mom's hair! born with natural curl nehh.. imagine how much money she'll save for not having to curl her hair in the future.. haii.. some ppl just have it all!

luckily she still can stand, unlike my dad.. aduii.. time to go shake hands with the guests to thanked them for coming liao, he go sit there telling me he is feeling dizzy d.. ngaii tii.. daddy daddy~~

my husband worst!! ask me not to drink so much.. saying I'm drunk liao.. sekali sendiri sana minum.. and face is as red as a bomb liao, whose the one drunk ooo dear?? tsk tsk tsk..

The thing I hate MOST about drinking is ppl saying "you are drunk liao la" when I'm still wide awake!! if I were drunk, I would probably just sit at my place and say nothing liao.. that is how I'm when I'm drunk!

... and there goes my friend Ya-Hui! pour pour.. drink drink.. end up hugging the toilet bowl until 4am in the morning! oh well, at least it's something to remember us by rite? LOL!! will drink with u again when we see u in Taiwan~~
